Community and Belonging offers trainings to develop the Southern Miss community to make campus more inclusive and welcoming for all.

• _{Cultural Competence Training develops participants' skills and knowledge to promote an increased appreciation of cultural differences.}

• _{Get Connected Training helps students understand how to report volunteer hours in the Southern Miss volunteer reporting platform.}
• _{ALLIES Training provides participants foundational knowledge about the LGBTQIA+ community. Campus ALLIES promote belonging and creating safe spaces on the Southern Miss campus for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.}
