Thank you for your interest in inviting the President to participate in your event. Please initiate all event and speaking invitations through the at least 6 weeks prior to your event.

For the purposes of this form, an event is defined as any gathering for which the President is asked to speak or participate, or for which electronic or printed invitations are sent.

A staff member from the Office of the President will contact you regarding availability within 10 business days. The Office of the President attempts to accommodate requests that support the identified priorities of the University and appreciates your patience with managing complex scheduling needs.

Presidential Letter Request

To request a letter from the President, please complete the at least 4 weeks prior to your submission deadline.

A staff member from the Office of the President will contact you within 5 business days to confirm whether your letter can be completed as requested.
