The Director of Parking & Transit Services provides leadership and oversight in the daily operations of the department. The director supervises the staff and resources of the department to ensure all are being effectively utilized for the betterment of our university. The position is responsible for ensuring that Parking & Transit Services is operated in a manner to provide quality service for students, faculty, staff and guests of the university.

The Operations and Event Manager is responsible for the daily functional needs for the department. The position serves as system administrator, system software support and database support of our operating systems, all special event parking requests and related passes for the university campuses. This position assists with parking set up, staffing, training and financial reconciliation for all events where parking is requested. They also assist with permit sales, fine payments, accounts receivable, faculty/staff payroll deduction and traffic appeals.
The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle registration and resolves issues related to billing, permits, boots, tows and other citations. They assist in clerical duties, answering the telephones, routing calls and mail delivery and pickup. They provide information related to vehicle registration, parking passes, rules and regulations, parking citations and direct issues to the proper personnel. They also serve as a primary point of contact for Reserved Parking and Citation Appeals for Parking and Transit Services.

Special Parking Information Officer

The Special Parking Information Officer is the primary point of contact for visitors entering through the main gateway entrance to campus. This person provides direction to buildings, parking areas, special events, and provides visitor permits where applicable.
Parking Enforcement Associates
Parking Enforcement Associates monitor the parking areas of campus to ensure parking rules and regulations are being followed. They also assist with traffic and parking control for special events.
Parking Special Events and Maintenance
Parking Special Events and Maintenance personnel are responsible for painting and maintaining parking lots, zones, and related parking signage. They setup blocking and traffic control for special events.
