If you have visitors or you are hosting an event on our campuses, Parking and Transit Services can assist you to reserve spaces for parking or obtain a parking permit per day, per vehicle. Please submit a request at least three business days prior to event.
Special Event Reserved Parking Information
Your department or organization may request parking spaces and/or passes only on campus as approved by Parking & Transit Services. Charges and fees outlined below.
Parking may be requested for visitors only and NOT students, faculty, staff, or contract employees. A $25 administrative fee will be assessed for any booking/changes made less than 24 hours in advance (if accepted by PTS). A $25 fee will be assessed for any cancellations made less than 24 hours.
Cones, a-frames, barricades, and other signage will be removed ONE HOUR AFTER the beginning time of the event as provided on the request form.
If your event is bringing buses onto campus - make that note on the request form - number of buses, arrivals and departures time are appreciated.Special Event Parking - Reserved Spaces (a parking pass will also be issued) (Per Day)

Availability of specific parking lots or the ability to provide 100% of the spaces requested is not guaranteed, but PTS will do our best to accommodate every request. Parking attendant use is a three hour minimum charge. Availability of parking attendants from PTS is not guaranteed.
The University reserves the right to require additional coverage and traffic control for large events. The costs for this will be $75 per parking attendant, for a minimum of three hours and a set up fee can be acessed. University Police may also be required to have a presence at large events. Please plan accordingly.
Special Event Parking - Passes Only = $2 Per Vehicle (Per Day)
A limited number of parking areas will be available for organizations sponsoring events on our campuses. A parking pass does not guarantee a parking space, but they provide the same opportunity to park on campus that faculty/staff and students have, and allow university officials to identify vehicles of guests to Â鶹´«Ã½.
- Passes are for visitors only, and may not be used by faculty, staff or students.
- Passes are valid only on the date(s) shown and in the areas designated.
- Only original passes will be honored; passes may not be duplicated or altered.
- Lost or unused passes are not refundable.
- Unused passes for cancelled events are non-refundable, however, unused passes may be exchanged at no cost for rescheduled events.
Payment options
Payment is required when services are rendered. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Interdepartmental.
