Service Description

Provides operational support for the university's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, SOAR (Southern's Online Accessible Records-Student and Faculty/Staff), SOARFIN (Southern's Online Accessible Records-Financials for financial administration and reporting) and SOARHR (Southern鈥檚 Online Accessible Records-Human Resources and Payroll).

 

Services Offered

This includes upgrades, patches, development, testing, data extraction, data import, research and trouble shooting, and analysis.

 

Eligibility

Faculty, staff, administration, departments, affiliates and others are eligible

 

To Request Service

Development requests are reported and tracked via the SOAR Software Development Request (SDR) process. This is accessible by signing into  and navigating to Home > 麻豆传媒 Utilities > Request for Development > Use > Request for Development.

 

Availability

Normal business hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
