How to Clear Browser Cache

Below are steps to clear a browser's cache and cookies based on the browser. Please
note that you will need to restart your browser after clearing its cache and cookies.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge and select the three horizontal dots at the top right of the window.
- Select Settings at the bottom of the pop-out menu.
- On the left hand panel, click Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Delete browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Choose All time in the Time Range drop-down menu.
- Select the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Select Clear now.
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome and select the three vertical dots at the top right of the window.
- Select Delete browsing data.
- Select the Advanced tab at the top of the small window.
- Choose All time in the Time Range drop-down menu.
- Select the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files, and Site settings.
- Select Delete data.
Firefox
- Open Firefox and select the three horizontal lines at the top right of the window.
- Select Settings.
- On the left hand panel, click Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, select Clear Data.
- Choose Everything in the When drop-down menu.
- Select Cookies and site data, Temporary cached files and pages, and Site settings.
- Select Clear.
Safari
- Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol
- Select Settings...
- A new dialogue box will open. Select Privacy.
- Select Manage Website Data.
- Select Remove all.
- A new dialogue box will open. Select Remove Now.
- Wait a few moments, then click Done.
*Note: Removing the data may reduce tracking, but may also log you out of websites or change website behavior.
Be sure to restart your browser after clearing its cache and cookies.
