Student Refund Preference
Refunds are typically issued to students whose financial aid exceeds the charges on their student accounts, but may be from other campus credits such as dropping a class, etc. The University has partnered with BankMobile to process all student refunds. All students should choose a preference even if they do not expect to receive a refund.
Simply follow these steps to make your refund preference selection:
- Log into SOAR.Â鶹´«Ã½.EDU
- On the Student Dashboard page of SOAR
- Click the BankMobile Refund link under Student Account
- Please temporarily turn off all pop-up blockers for link to work properly
- Follow BankMobile directions to select refund preference

Refunds are processed twice a week and sent to BankMobile on Wednesdays and Fridays.
