What do I need to know about payment options?
Fees for individual counseling/therapy services are based on a sliding scale based on income. Fees for assessment services and some of the specialty programs are fixed but kept as low as possible.
Payment is due at the time of service and must be made by cash or check. You can pay with cash, check, or debit/credit card (Visa/MasterCard). You can also pay online with a Visa/Mastercard at: . When you contact the clinic, we can provide you with information about the rate of services for you.
Do you take my insurance?
We are not in-network with any insurance companies, and thus, cannot file with insurance companies. However, if you would like to receive a superbill to submit to your insurance provider on your own, we will be happy to provide this for you. Individuals often find that given our low rates, services are frequently the same or cheaper than their copays and evaluations may be substantially lower than their out-of-pocket responsibilities with insurance. Please give us a call so we can provide an estimate of costs for services.
What if I can’t afford services?
If you are quoted a fee that is not financially feasible for you or your family, please communicate this to the staff member you are speaking to. In select circumstances, we may be able to adjust fees for clients experience specific and significant financial hardships, as this fosters our mission to increasing access to quality mental health care in our community.

You will be assigned a clinician based on the services you are seeking. You will be informed of the clinician you will see when you schedule your first appointment.

Should you decide to participate in ongoing research, we de-identify any information and store that data for research purposes. No identifying information will ever be published.
