- SOAR is S´Ç³Ü³Ù³ó±ð°ù²Ô’s Online Accessible Records and contains all the student data that is maintained for graduate and undergraduate students.
- Students should regularly check their SOAR account for detailed information regarding the academic status, and other detailed information.
- Some of the information currently available on SOAR includes academic courses, contact information, grades, degree progress report, financial aid, account balance, academic advisor and contact information, enrollment appointment window, transfer credit report, demographic information, etc.
- When students are admitted to the University, they are given a SOAR login (w + student empl ID) and a randomly-generated password. Students are able to login into Â鶹´«Ã½ student information system (SOAR) and access their records at
- Students need to change their password through the Campus ID Management link on the SOAR login page or at the iTech .
- Please visit the iTech Campus ID website to update your password.
- Documentation is available for students, faculty and staff via the Registrar Tutorials webpage.
- Students can make payment via the Student Dashboard in SOAR by selecting the ‘Make a Payment’ link under the Student Account section

- The ‘NEE – Schedule Must Be Confirmed’ hold is a notation of 'the student must be advised.’ Once a student has been advised, the "Schedule Must Be Confirmed" indicator will be removed by the advisor/department. If a student is not advised prior to the beginning of the next term, the student's schedule will be dropped.
- The SOAR Planner allows students to select courses based on degree requirements and choose the term that they anticipate enrolling in the course. Students can plan out their entire degree requirements. Completing the Planner allows the departments to analyze course needs based upon student-driven information.
- Students are able to register for courses for the upcoming term directly from the Planner.
