The Net Price Calculator is a tool that students can use to estimate their "net price" to attend Southern Miss.
The "net price" is the difference between the "sticker price" (full cost) to attend Southern Miss minus any grant and scholarship aid for which the student may be eligible. Sticker price includes direct charges (tuition and fees, room and board) and indirect costs (book and supplies, transportation, and personal expenses.

Results are based on your estimated cost of attendance. Cost of attendance encompasses more than just tuition; it presents an estimated scenario that also takes into account your basic living expenses.

Results are calculated using the previous academic year’s cost of attendance and financial aid availability. Cost of attendance and financial aid availability change from year to year. Not all students receive financial aid. In the previous academic year, 54% of our full-time students enrolling in college for the first time received grant/scholarship aid.
