Bio

Dr. Chapman completed his B.S. in Mathematics in 2008, M.S. in Mathematics in 2010, and Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics in 2013, all from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Since then, he has taught math at a few different universities and a high school, and he has also gained experience as a health insurance actuary.

Dr. Chapman has taught most courses in a typical undergraduate math curriculum, including Basic Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Finite Mathematics, Fundamental Mathematics, Quantitative Reasoning, Discrete Mathematics, Applied Calculus, Calculus 1-4, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Abstract Algebra, Probability Theory, Statistics, Advanced Calculus 1-2, Seminar in Analysis, and Financial Mathematics.
