Bio
Dr. Banu Elmadag Bas received her BS (1999) and MS (2001) in Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and Ph.D. (2006) in Marketing, at The University of Alabama. Since joining Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2019, Dr. Bas has taught the capstone marketing management courses for both undergraduate and graduate marketing programs. Her research focuses on Frontline Service Employee motivation, well-being, ethic, and dysfunctional behaviors as well as other customers and their behaviors in services contexts. She has publications in several academic journals such as Journal of Services Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Management Learning, and Human Resources Quarterly.
