Bio
Dr. Joseph Peyrefitte joined the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2002 and currently serves as Director of the School of Management. He teaches international management, leadership, management foundations, and strategic management. His current research explores how leaders use language to build relationships and create buy-in with employees and shareholders.
Dr. Peyrefitte has served the college as Associate Dean, Interim Dean, and Chair of the Department of Management and International Business. He has also served the university through membership on several key committees including the QEP Advisory Board, Strategic Planning Council, and the University Assessment Committee. Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, he served on the faculty of Mississippi State University and Florida Atlantic University in addition to working in public accounting and in the wireless and media/entertainment industries.
